Sean previously ran his own construction business in Brisbane before making a sea change to the Sunshine Coast. This experience has given Sean in depth knowledge how to manage projects, get the best out of trades and support clients throughout the journey.
Sean gets satisfaction out of seeing plans evolve from a drawing, into a structure and then handing over a much loved home.
The Besal team has been carefully curated to include a broad range of experience and skill-sets. The Besal model is unique in the fact that we collaborate in design and development then hand over to our in house construction team. This allows excellent quality control and quick resolution to any building challenges that arise. We are passionate about passing our knowledge on to the next generation of builders, which we do through training and mentoring Apprentices. Over the years we have formed excellent working relationships with specialised trades and have mutual respect and understanding in relation to quality and outcomes.
